I am impressed by how detailed and organized your presentation was. I can tell you did some lesson planning before making the podcast. The pacing was a little slow for me, but if I was a garage sale newbie and taking notes, I would probably appreciate the measured presentation of material. So I guess that really depends on who your intended audience is. I also think you have a good voice for audio work. Good job!

I especially liked the 'ding' in between major sections of the presentation. You've obviously done garage sales before!

The quality of sound and voice is really good.
We have no garage sale in Korea, though.
